We have been able to leverage our classical engineering training to produce some of the sickest bikes within the performance gearbox space. Our manufacturers are fully vetted and boast over 20 years of experience tig welding titanium frame bicycles. All our frames are made from TIG welded grade 9 titanium. PINION CORE TECHNOLOGY Pinion gearbox technology functions on the basis of spur gearing with two gearing sub-units connected on the output end. The combination of gearing sub-units with their different gear pairs generates the individual gears.
